How to place your order
- Please enter the address of your hotel or accommodation as the shipping address.
- Please include the following information in the "Notes" field.
- Guest name, matching the name used for the reservation
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
Please read before placing your order
- Please confirm in advance that your hotel or accommodation can receive parcels on your behalf.
- If the accommodation refuses to accept the parcel, your order may be canceled, and the round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please allow enough time for delivery before your check-out date.

- 配送先住所としてホテルまたは宿泊施設の住所をご入力ください。
- 「備考」欄に以下の情報をご記入ください。
- ご宿泊者名（ご予約時のお名前と一致するもの）
- チェックイン日
- チェックアウト日
○ご注文前に必ずお読みください
- ご宿泊施設が、荷物の受け取りに対応していることを事前にご確認ください。
- 宿泊施設が荷物の受け取りを拒否した場合、ご注文はキャンセルとなり、往復送料は返金額から差し引かれます。
- お届け希望日は、チェックアウト日に余裕をもってご指定ください。
